MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Mindful Movements is an ongoing program for all ages that promotes mental health and relaxation through gentle yoga and meditation practices. Our wellness program teaches participants how to the release stress and tension that may causes irritation and restlessness of the body and mind. The program is designed to increase focus and flexibility.

Objectives:

  • Gain a greater awareness of self
  • Improve concentration and mental focus
  • Minimize or eliminate anxieties and restlessness
  • A more focused awareness
  • Learn the mindful meditation practices to help sustain daily independent practices
  • Learn yoga basics
